My Weekly Summary email says I have not worked out, but I did!
It's possible you have been logged out of Fitbod and are logging workouts under an "anonymous" user. To check if you're logged in please go to Fitbod Settings (accessed from the Log tab) and under Accounts it should show your email address. If you are logged out, please tap on "Create an Account" and then "Existing Accounts" and log back in.
If you are already logged in under the correct email address, please send us a support email.
