What are Training Splits?
FRESH MUSCLE GROUPS The workout will focus on two muscle groups plus core (Abs and Lower back). The two muscle group candidates will be selected based on muscle recovery state, exercise history, and fitness goal.
LOWER OR UPPER BODY Target either your lower body muscle groups, or upper body muscle groups, whichever is more ready to be exercised.
ALL MUSCLE GROUPS fitbod will construct a full body workout, targeting a variety of muscle groups.
