I was charged twice after subscribing
Occasionally, users have reported they are charged twice when changing Elite subscriptions or restoring subscriptions. Apple handles payment processing and generally has been good about correcting and refunding in a matter of days after reporting the problem.
To contact Apple, find the invoice email Apple sent to you, with the subject line "Your receipt from Apple" and click the "Report a Problem" link. Send them a note describing your double charge and the process that resulted in this issue.
