I paid for Elite but the app is still locked or in trial mode.
First, please tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the bottom of "Elite" or "Restore Subscription" in the Fitbod settings under "Fitbod Elite". Make sure you have an internet connection.
Next, please try to log out of of you Fitbod account and back in. NOTE: make sure you have previously created a Fitbod account before logging out or you may experience data loss.
To create an account, please go to Fitbod Settings, and tap the "Create an Account" button. If you need to log into an existing account, tap on "Create an Account" and then "Existing Account".
