The Trigger:

My fitness journal started many years ago, but faded with time, life events, children. I came to a point where I was tired of the way I looked and felt day to day. I wanted to be able to enjoy athletic sports again, and run more than a block or two without being winded, and lead by example for my family and children.

The Change:

Fitbod has helped keep me responsible, I never had to decide what I was going to workout each day, I already knew and had a plan. Besides working out, I changed my diet, and began eating healthier again. My next goal is to be healthy enough to complete a full marathon.

Results:

I am healthier today than I was 1-1/2 years ago. I am back into a routine I enjoy/love day to day, and I am more energized everyday and motivated!

Advice for others:

It didn't take your body and mind a week or month to get where it is at. It is never easy in the beginning, but stick to it, grind every single day, and the results will show up. And when they do and you meet your first goal, set new ones and keep crushing them!
